Do you take vitamins? I do.
I recently purchased Beautify Me from Boots while I was just looking around.

Beautify Me Vitamin Complex by Inner Me is a beauty supplement for skin, hair & nails. Multi vitamins are good if you want to ensure a balanced vitamin intake especially if your daily routine & eating habits you are not consuming the recommended intake. This comes in a pretty packaging of 2 week's supply. To me Beautify Me Vitamin Complex is an all compassing beauty supplement which help enhance the vitality of your skin, hair & nails.

A well-loved & consumed box of  Beautify Me Vitamin Complex

I've been taking multi vitamins in the past from time to time but this is one supplement with which I saw visible difference in the texture of my skin & hair. My skin looks brighter & more fresh! Beautify Me Vitamin Complex are encased in a really pretty & feminine yet practical package with two trays that slide out in both direction. It's labelled with each day of the two week's supply which is very convenient to follow. I love the artwork on packaging! It has a very pretty sketched girl with long hair & rosy cheeks. It's a very different concept from other brands which usually use real models. This makes the packaging really cute & different.

Beautify Me Vitamin Complex comprises of:

Vitamin C
MSM
Silica
Beta-Carcotene
Marine Collagen
Marine Chondroitin
Biotin
&
Zinc, Copper, Iodine, Selenium (yeast free)

MSM is called the "beauty mineral" due to the way it helps form collagen, elastin, cartilage & keratin - all the elements to make you look glossiest! All these antioxidants protect us from free radicals - the little blighters which damage collagen causing ageing & wrinkles. Biotin helps in maintenance of normal skin & hair. Selenium  helps in maintenance of normal hair & nails. Both ingredients support cell growth.  If you need to check out more on products in this range check the Inner Me website.

Like Beautify Me I also believe that health, beauty  & vitality  all begin 'within'. *deep*

  2. I Was always skeptical about trying such dietary supplements until I visited Japan! There girls take many which include collagen in it! I recently got a 7 day sample of the Meiji collagen drink from the Velvette box.. Yet to try it!

  3. I used to take vitamins, but I stopped...not sure why. I also took supplements for my rheumatoid arthritis (fish oil, glucosamine, etc). This sounds like an interesting product!
